Refund Policy

We accept eligible products’ return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing. Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.

Return Policy
Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached in original packing.
Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 48 hours after you received the package. Please contact our customer service within photos of damaged merchandise/name of missing merchandise and order number.

Exchanges Policy
We only offer free replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy

1. refund of cancel order
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you placed order. Then you will receive your refund soon. All orders cannot be canceled after it was shipped out.

2. refund of return order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. 

3. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
